To make the pain less severe, try in any case to relax and breathe deeplyIn fact, sometimes headaches can be caused or worsened by an inadequate supply of oxygen. When the pain is so bad that you can't think about it, lie down in a dark room and do some compresses with fresh water (but also possibly hot) on the area where you feel the most pain. Sometimes as mentioned above the headache is caused by one bad posture or from a from wrong shoes, when you are sitting try to assume a correct position and possibly opt for ergonomic chairs.

Finally, do not forget to rest the right amount, not too much but not too little.

NUTRITION AGAINST HEADACHE

Also important limit the use of salt.
