Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

Change self-certification: anyone who is stopped must declare that they are not positive or in quarantine. In fact, the Ministry of the Interior updates the self-certification model to circulate in urban centers and, if on the one hand the need to go out only in certain cases remains confirmed and after having produced a duly completed self-certification, now an additional piece is added.

Not only must you specify the reason why you are in circulation (allowed only in case of proven work needs, situations of need, health reasons and return to your home, home or residence), but also "not to be subjected to measure of quarantine and not to have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus ".

Ultimately, therefore, the interested party must declare that he is not in the conditions provided for by art. 1, paragraph 1-c of the Prime Minister's decree of 8 March: "Absolute prohibition of mobility from one's home or residence for persons subjected to the quarantine measure or tested positive for the virus".

The new model provides that the police operator countersign me the self-declaration, certifying that it is made in his presence and after identification of the declarant. In this way, the citizen is exempted from the burden of attaching a photocopy of his identity document to the self-declaration.

The addition was also made necessary due to the thousands of cases of complaints in recent days on people who have been stopped for reasons not covered by the new government provisions. Finally, with the new self-declaration, violations can lead to penalties of up to 12 years in prison for culpable participation in an epidemic.
