Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery
- 4 cups of water
- 200 g of organic peeled red lentils
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric
- 20 g of grated ginger
- aromatic herbs to taste

Purifying soup of red lentils, turmeric and ginger: preparation
Clean, peel and coarsely chop the onion, carrot and celery, pour everything into a large pot, add the cups of water, two pinches of coarse salt and boil for about 40 minutes, then add the lentils you have left to soak. for a couple of hours, cover them and let them cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
Once the lentils are cooked, blend everything with an immersion mixer, add the turmeric, grated ginger, herbs of your choice, mix well and serve!
