Iced tea is one of the most popular drinks of all in the summer season. Tasty and thirst-quenching, it is a perfect remedy to fight the heat and stay hydrated. Why buy it when you can prepare it quickly and easily at home? It is now known that those sold in the supermarket are full of sugars, dyes and preservatives, which is why it is definitely worth doing the DIY.

Let's find out how to prepare the peach variant, using genuine ingredients and unsweetened! We are sure that the taste of her will win you over and that it will be snapped up in no time.

Ingredients

3 ripe nectarines (preferably organic)
1 liter of water
3 black tea bags
3 spoons of honey
a few mint leaves

Preparation

Wash the peaches, peel and pit them. Cut them into small pieces and transfer them to a pot with water. Add the three tablespoons of honey, mix everything for a few minutes and bring to a boil. Once the flame has gone out, let it rest for a few minutes and insert the tea bags, leaving to infuse for about 10 minutes.

Now all that remains is to filter the liquid obtained with a colander, crushing the peaches to release the juice and pour it into a glass bottle or jug. Keep in the fridge for at least four hours.
