Zits. A problem that we often associate with adolescence but which actually affects adults and especially women more and more frequently. But what are the causes of the appearance of pimples? And the most effective remedies to eliminate them?
It is easier for pimples to form on facial skin but, especially in older age, it is easy to see them appear on the back or other zone of the body. It is a problem that is most often unsightly but certainly not serious and only in some cases it is necessary to resort to real pharmacological treatments.
Some dermatologists then argue that the spot where pimples or acne appear it may be indicative of the existence of some health problems that we do not know or depend on our lifestyle. For example pimples that pop up sul nose and forehead would be a sign of response to the stress from our body while those that appear around the mouth could be due to the consumption of acidic foods that cause irritation.

The causes of the appearance of pimples can be different and should always be discussed with a dermatologist who can determine them with certainty. However, basically i pimples can have a bacterial origin, be one skin reaction to some products of beauty or cosmetics that you use, come in consequence of hormonal disruptions, be caused by aunregulated nutrition or finally appear due to strong stress.
Especially at a young age, the most frequent reason is linked to hormonal changes or, in some cases, to real diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome. If you have very sensitive skin and you are not careful to buy quality beauty products then we can see pimples appear which however disappear when you stop using the offending cosmetic.
As for nutrition, however, abusing fatty, fried and sweet foods can certainly affect the presence of pimples since these foods weigh down the organs who must dispose of them and in particular the liver that deals with the detoxification of the organism.
In summary, pimples can be caused by:
• Hormonal impairment
• Polycystic ovary syndrome
• Contact with cosmetic or beauty products
• Contact with irritating acidic foods
• Wrong power supply

We have already told you about some DIY remedies for pimples. The most effective and fastest in most cases are tea tree oil, lemon juice, vinegar and baking soda. natural substances with disinfectant and healing power. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil should be used always diluted (2 drops are enough) in vegetable carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond oil). Pour everything on a cotton ball and dab the areas where the pimples are.
Lemon juice it can be used pure or slightly diluted. Also in this case it is necessary to pour a few drops directly on the cotton wool and then dab gently.
For the vinegar you can follow the same procedure as lemon.
With baking soda you have to make a paste by mixing it with water (50% of each). At this point you have to leave it on for about 10-15 minutes on the pimples and then rinse gently.
