1 ripe mango

125 ml of plain white yogurt

250 ml of cold water

4 ice cubes

1 pinch of powdered cardamom

1 pinch of ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon of whole brown sugar or honey

Mint leaves for garnish

Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Pour the mango pulp in the blender with water and yogurt. Add the cinnamon, cardamom and ice cubes. Also add brown sugar or honey if you want to sweeten the drink. Blend the ingredients. Add a little more water or yogurt to obtain a more or less liquid lassi. Decorate the glasses with fresh mint leaves.
