La coconut and lime cheesecake is a summer cake with a fresh and delicate flavor. In this recipe, the cheesecake is prepared only with Greek yogurt and fruit, without any type of thickener.

Our original recipe for coconut and lime cheesecake in fact provides for the filling the use of Greek yogurt, fruit and very little brown sugar, for the base instead clarified butter and cereal biscuits. Our cold spoon dessert is therefore a delight for the palate, fresh, light and very tasty, in fact it contains the freshness of lime and the exotic flavor of coconut, you just have to prepare it and delight yourself with its infinite goodness.

  • 100 gr of clarified butter
  • 450 gr of Greek yogurt
  • 80 grams of dehydrated coconut flakes
  • 20 gr of brown sugar
  • 30 gr of lime

  • Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over low heat without frying it, then put it to cool,
    in the meantime, finely chop the biscuits with a food processor,

  • Feedinge a mold with removable bottom or hinged opening with parchment paper, cover the bottom of the mold with the chopped biscuits and butter by compacting and leveling it with a spoon and place in the refrigerator for at least fifteen minutes.
