Pistachio tiramisu, the recipe to prepare a colorful and delicious alternative to the classic tiramisu

Tiramisu With pistachios, prescription to prepare a delicious and velvety spoon dessert based on strictly homemade pistachio cream that gives body and color. With a delicate flavor and a strong aftertaste, it is a perfect dessert to be served at the end of a meal with coffee.

Easy to prepare, as long as you are careful not to dismantle the egg whites, the pistachio tiramisu is a delicious variant of the classic tiramisu to be made possibly with homemade mascarpone, organic eggs and unsalted pistachios from Bronte Dop.



  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 100 gr of brown sugar
  • 40 grams of coffee
  • 120 grams of water
  • 100 gr of pistachio cream
  • dry biscuits to taste

How to prepare pistachio tiramisu: procedure


  • Shell the eggs and divide the egg whites from the yolks by putting them in different bowls,
  • mount the egg whites until stiff peaks e
  • mount egg yolks with sugar,
  • add also mascarpone and pistachio cream (recipe here) and work with an electric whisk for a maximum of two minutes,
  • to incorporate now also the egg whites with delicate circular movements that go from bottom to top without taking them apart.
  • To put a little cream at the bottom of a glass,
  • soak very quickly a biscuit in the water and coffee and cover it with more cream,
  • stratification in this way by adding just one more cookie or if you want a larger number,
  • cover up on the surface with more cream and let it harden in the refrigerator for about three hours,
  • prima to serve the cake decorate it with chopped pistachios and some whole pistachios.

How to preserve pistachio tiramisu:

The pistachio tiramisu must be kept in the refrigerator and must be consumed within the next day.
