The addition of fresh strawberry pulp gives the dough the right softness and moisture. For the recipe it is also possible to use the processing waste from the extractors or the preparation of the coulis, thus saving and eliminating waste.
This donut can be served both as a snack and in the morning for breakfast garnished with powdered brown sugar or, even better, sprinkled with homemade strawberry coulis.

- 90 gr of strawberry pulp
- 40 grams of water
- 210 1 grams of flour
- 20 grams of agave syrup
- 14 gr of baking powder
- 4 strawberries already washed
- powdered brown sugar to taste

How to prepare the strawberry donut: procedure
- Grease and flour the donut mold.
- Shell in a large bowl the eggs, whip them until they are frothy and then incorporate the agave syrup and the strawberry pulp,
- add then also the water, flour and yeast and continue to whisk to mix all the ingredients well.
- To pour the mixture in the previously prepared mold and add the strawberries to its surface,
- bake and bake in a hot oven at 180 ° for about half an hour,
- cooking when finished, remove from the oven, gently unmold and leave to cool on a wire rack,
- when the strawberry donut has cooled down, sprinkle it with a little icing sugar before serving.
How to store the strawberry donut:
The strawberry donut, if stored in special airtight containers, will keep its fragrance for three / four days.
