This cold salad of legumes it is prepared with alone seasonal ingredients, for the dressing will obviously be used good extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Also perfect for meals away from home, it can also be prepared well in advance as long as it is placed in the refrigerator in airtight containers.

With the salad of legumes and vegetables we guarantee our body an excellent supply of fibers, protein e mineral salts, a raw food dish so really worth trying. If accompanied with bread or other cereals it becomes a complete plate with the contribution of all essential amino acids.
