How to prepare the artichoke and ginger savory pie: procedure


  • Grease and flour the mold.
  • To clean the artichokes by soaking them in water and lemon juice to prevent them from blackening,
  • to clean the garlic cloves and put them in a large pan with the oil, grate the ginger and add it to the pan,
  • fry just, add the artichokes and brown,
  • cover up with water, season with salt and cook until the leaves are tender, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • Meantime shell the eggs in a large bowl, whisk them until frothy and incorporate the ricotta,
  • add then the seed oil and then the flour, salt and yeast;
  • to incorporate now the now cold artichokes with a spatula making circular movements that go from bottom to top,
  • transfer the mixture in the pan and level it on the surface with a spatula,
  • bake and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for thirty minutes,
  • cooking when finished, remove from the oven, gently unmold and leave to cool on a wire rack.
