Which one to choose?

There are many rosehip-based products on the market: herbal teas, glycerine macerates or more or less concentrated bud derivatives, with or without alcohol.

It is good for children to choose one alcohol-free, the alternative is to dissolve the drops in very hot water so that the alcohol evaporates. It is then necessary to wait for the dog rose to cool down before making the child drink.

Given that the fruits of the rose hip are particularly rich in vitamin C, which is however a thermolabile and delicate substance that is partially lost even with drying, we advise you to choose a bud extract, product that is obtained directly from the fresh fruit.

Then evaluate with the help of an herbalist effective concentration of rosehip within the product, in fact, there are more or less concentrated ones.

Considering then that the children will have to take it, choose if possible a product with no added sugars, preservatives, dyes or sweeteners. Actually good advice for adults too.

There are supplements for the immune defenses on the market that combine rose hips with other herbs, plants or fruits, products that exploit the synergy between the various active ingredients to offer help to our immune system and that of children. You can also evaluate one of these possibilities, always with the help of an expert.

Controindicazioni
