How to make chocolate muffins: procedure
- Leek in a large bowl the flour and sugar, and also add the sifted yeast and cocoa, and finally add the cinnamon and ginger,
- Than we mix everything with a whisk.

- deposit now the liquid ingredients in the bowl containing the buckets and whip them together mixing them perfectly.
- Coat now the muffin tins with the paper cups and fill them with the mixture for three / quarters of their capacity,
- bake and bake in a hot oven at 180 ° for about twenty-five minutes, to check the cooking it is advisable to always carry out the toothpick test, once extracted, if it is wet, it is advisable to continue cooking and repeat the verification.
