    7) Add the hazelnuts to the oatmeal, to cereals and salads for a healthy and hearty meal. Fresh walnuts are often cheaper. Dry them yourself for a delicious snack.


    8) Choose dried vegetables, which you will soak, to save money


    9) Are the vegetables going to spoil? Freeze them and then use them to make soups and ministrons

    10) Stock up on vegetables and keep them in a cool and dry place. Potatoes, carrots, pumpkins, courgettes they will ripen and keep for several weeks after purchasing them
