Life is constantly changing. We ourselves are not the same overnight because the change it is our nature. Sometimes, however, it is difficult to accept that obstacles arise in front of our plans and expectations.

Then it is worth learning to 'live in the flow' and to always try to make the best of the situations in which we find ourselves. If we feel on the right path, we can also understand that that obstacle or that change are part of it and are necessary for our growth.

Without obstacles and without problems to solve we cannot evolve, our mind would remain static and we could never encounter better situations than the one we are in right now.

“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them. Resisting them only creates pain. Let reality be reality. Let things spontaneously flow forward in the way they want ”. (Lao Tzu)

Here are some useful tips to learn to follow the flow of events - even when something 'uncomfortable' happens - and to accept changes.

Let go

Keeping everything under our control is impossible. We should learn to accept that many aspects of life can escape our reach. Other people around us are in action and could upset our plans. We cannot control the entire universe, but we can make plans, carry them out and modify them when needed to adapt them to new situations. In essence, it's about learning to let go.

4) Accept imperfections

Not everything in life can be perfect and, moreover, there perfection really exists? Who establishes it? Fortunately, in most cases you can fix your mistakes or some incompleteness, but you can also reward yourself for the result achieved so far and then commit to improve over time.

A step at a time

If you want a change but you are facing unexpected obstacles do not give in to temptation of wanting to get everything right away. Take small steps, carry out your projects little by little. In this way, even the obstacles will be simpler to deal with since it will be enough to proceed step by step, without struggling and in any case without ever losing sight of the final goal.

Constant training

Better to always be trained for the challenges to be faced. So if you want to improve in a certain aspect of your life in order to complete a project in the best possible way, try to work on yourself and keep you fit like to physically prepare for a sports competition (in a metaphorical sense, of course, unless your goal is really related to sports).

Leave the others free

If you really care about a person, let them go their own way. She will come back to you when the time comes. Never try to keep other people under yours control. Everyone must live their life in full freedom. Relationships with others become easier when we decide to untie the knots and break the chains.
