- 6 heaping tablespoons of whole hazelnuts
- one and a half tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
- 3 spoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 4-6 tablespoons of vanilla soy drink

Homemade vegan nutella: preparation
1) Toast the whole hazelnuts for 2-3 minutes in a frying pan over medium heat, then transfer them to the mixer and blend them until pulverized, add the oil and continue to blend until you get an almost creamy mixture.
2) Add the brown sugar, unsweetened cocoa and blend again for just one minute, then add the soy drink and continue mixing until you have obtained a homogeneous cream. If the mixture is too hard, add a little more soy, if instead it is too liquid, add 1 tablespoon of chopped hazelnuts.
Put in the fridge and eaten within a week! Too easy?
