New food alert reported in the security notices of the Ministry. This time the recall concerns two products of the Bauer Spa brand. These are the boletus broth cube and the instant granular mushroom broth.
In both, in fact, according to what is reported in the warnings, beta-lactoglobulin allergens are present. This specific milk protein is one of the main culprits of milk allergy.
Those who suffer from this type of allergy could run risks by consuming a product in which it is present.
The two products at risk
As anticipated, there are two alimony withdrawn by the Ministry:
The first is the boletus broth cube in the 60 g format, characterized by lot number L0010304 with expiry date 04/2022.
The second is the instant granular mushroom broth in the 120 gr format, characterized by lot number L0010327 with expiry date 04/2022.
Both were produced by Bauer Spa at the Trento plant, via Kufsteain 6.
