The Ministry of Health, in its section dedicated to safety notices, reported the recall by the same manufacturer, Dolciaria Pelacchi srl, of a series of sweets. It is about Ricciarelli, typical biscuits of the province of Siena, and of Catania.

According to what has been reported, they contain egg white, not declared on the product label. If this oversight is completely harmless for those who are not allergic, it can instead be dangerous for those suffering from this type of allergy or intolerance.

For this it is good to know which are all the products involved and the relative batches. There are dozens so we have listed them below, also linking the relevant safety notice which contains all the information, from the batch to the format, up to the expiration date.
