    Listeria in salami. The Ministry of Health recalled the batch of a product because it could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, responsible for listeriosis.





    The ministerial authorities have in fact renewed the withdrawal from the market of a batch of salami. This is the vacuum-packed Casareccia produced by Savelli Salumi e Carni srl in Norcia which, among other things, had already been the subject of the same recall in July.

    According to reports from the Ministry, this cured meat could be contaminated with the bacterium Listeria Monocytogenes, responsible for a series of gastrointestinal disorders.

    In particular, the recalled lot is n ° 192/20 with expiry date 14/11/2020.
