Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

Still alarm Listeria in cheeses. Coop has made it known that it has ordered the withdrawal from its shelves of Girellone stuffed with olives, of the brand Il Forteto.

It is a stretched curd product filled with mozzarella, cooked ham and olives. Inside, however, there could be the Listeria Monocytogens bacterium, which proliferates between 2 and 45 ° but also resists high temperatures.

The microorganism causes the listeriosis, which causes septicemia or purulent meningitis or intrauterine or fetal infections in pregnant women with serious repercussions on the unborn child.

With a notice on its website, Coop has invited those who have recently purchased the product not to consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased to obtain an exchange or a refund.
