The supermarket chains Tuodì, Fresco Market and InGrande have reported a new food alert concerning some batches of smoked swordfish under the “I Carpacci del Mare” brand. The product was recalled for microbiological risk, more specifically for the presence of Listeria.
On their website, supermarket chains have specified which packages were affected by the recall. This is the sliced smoked swordfish "I Carpacci del Mare" which comes in packs of 100 grams of the following batches:
- 70 AND 31 deadline 30.10.2021 (already passed)
- 50 D 31 expiry 10/11/2021
- 56 D 31 expiry 16/11/2021
As indicated, the problem with these batches is the microbiological risk, in particular the "presence of Listeria monocytogenes".
Obviously, if you have purchased one of the reported lots, do not consume it but bring it back immediately to any Tuodì, Fresco Market or InGrande store for a replacement or a refund.
