Who hasn't dreamed of living in a tree house? In Germany, the dream became reality thanks to some renovations. Following the restoration of an old forester's house near the town of Ulsar, the architects of Baumraum raised the Solling tree house over a pond.

Who has never dreamed of living in one tree house? In Germany the dream became reality thanks to some renovations. Following the restoration of an old forester's house, near the town of Ulsar, the architects of Baumraum raised the tree house Solling on a pond.
Now it will serve as sleeping and will be used as a privileged observation point to admire the wooded environment. It can be reached from the ground thanks to a staircase that passes through a spruce grove. There is then access to a bridge located 4,2 meters above the water surface.
The two-story house is supported by 12 inclined steel poles, while the bridge is suspended by cables tied back to large trees. The property is accessed by a private road that runs alongside a small stream. To complete the restoration of the house, the surrounding landscape was very carefully designed.
The interventions included the construction of two ponds. The house is now a perfect retreat to admire the natural surroundings and the idyllic landscape that surrounds it. The new Treehouse it is inhabited by the forester's family.
Now the forester's children and their friends can enjoy the beauty of nature in complete tranquility. A skylight allows you to look at the stars during the night directly from the beds, which are made of wood and are very similar to chests.
