A floating house powered thanks tosolar power e almost 100% recyclable. A dream? No, something more. It is a real house of 100 square meters, with a height of 4 meters and a diameter of 12 meters.
Inside there is all the space needed to live comfortably. This floating house was made exclusively with recycled and recyclable materials, such as wood and aluminum. On the roof we find a photovoltaic system able to generate all the energy necessary for life at home.
THEphotovoltaic system it is flanked by skylights, but in the structure, to favor natural lighting, we also find windows and balconies, which allow guests to enjoy the view of the water in a natural landscape.
The creators of the project have created a sophisticated system of internal micro ventilation in which air conditioning is accompanied by natural ventilation. The building is defined as a real one low-consumption residential habitat.
The project bears the name of WaterNest 100 and has been designed to be flexible in design, in order to adapt to every need and to satisfy different uses. If the owner does not intend to use the unit like a home, here is what the floating ecological house could be easily transformed into an office, but also in a lounge bar, in a restaurant, in a shop or in an exhibition space.
