The initiative, carried out in collaboration with the Municipality of Pergola and the Province, allowed the school children to try their hand at manual garden work, know the cyclical nature and be able to take advantage of the products it offers directly. In fact, the result of the cultivation work flows directly into the school canteen, ensuring the children attending agood, clean and fair nutrition, as Carlo Petrini of slow food.

It is no coincidence that Slowfood launched in partnership with L. With the result of making children understand the importance and ways of a correct diet and to develop a new interest in everything that revolves around the world of work in the fields. A world made of memory e knowledge that it is good that the new generations preserve and pass on.
