Have you ever heard of pancake in a bottle? They are the super-appetizing, quick and easy alternative to the classic recipe. Thanks to the use of a simple plastic bottle, during preparation nothing gets dirty and what's more the process is speeded up.
In fact, the mixture must be poured directly into the bottle, which must be beaten vigorously, and can be kept until the following day, in order to have it at hand in the morning, when time is running out.

Here is the basic recipe for bottled pancakes proposed on the Cucina Facile 2.0 Youtube channel.
To prepare it, get a plastic bottle with a cap, a funnel and the following ingredients:
- 50 gr of sugar;
- 200 grams of flour;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 1 egg.
Pour the various ingredients into the bottle and close it with the cap, then beat the mixture vigorously for about 1 minute. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. When bubbles form, turn the pancake and cook for another 3/4 minutes.
Recipe with honey, fresh fruit and powdered sugar

ingredients:
- 260 ml of milk at temp. environment
- 200 0 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 sachet of vanilla yeast
- 15 g of seed oil
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
- Honey
- fresh fruit
- Icing sugar
Method
Get a plastic bottle and pour inside, with the help of a funnel, the milk, oil, egg, salt, yeast, sugar and half of the flour, then close the bottle with the cap and beat well the mixture. Also add the remaining flour and beat again until the mixture is free from lumps.
Here we are, you just have to pour it into a non-stick pan in which you have melted a knob of butter. As soon as the pancake begins to bubble on the surface, turn it over and let it cook for another two minutes.
Fill the pancake with honey, fresh fruit and powdered sugar. The remaining mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for the next day, ready to use.
