La Resilience is the ability to cope positively with adversity, cultivating the resources found within us. The term resilience can be understood, for example, as strength of mind, the will that allows us to recover and react when we find ourselves in a difficult situation.





Resilient people when faced with a crisis do not collapse but come out strengthened. Vitality, energy, creativity, inventiveness, strength and courage are just some of the characteristics of resilient people.
