    There are people who complain because they are getting old or because they have fear of getting old. In fact, it is not always easy to grow old in a society that would always take us young, where white hair and wrinkles become defects to be hidden.

    Yet getting old means still have time available to be able to do what we love in life and to spend our days in the company of our family and the people we love.

    Even though we're still young right now, we should all start having one positive outlook on our old age. If we can keep ourselves healthy, if we take care of our diet and if we exercise we will have the opportunity to spend a much simpler old age at least from the point of view of health.

    It is known that as we age it is normal for ailments to arrive but this does not mean that we have to think about letting ourselves go and not taking care of ourselves from an early age in order to be able to live better in the coming years.

    To stop complaining and to motivate ourselves we can take an example from the story of the oldest Yoga teacher in the world. At 98 she is very flexible and she gives Yoga classes in New York and elsewhere in the world. Her physique is still very well trained and she seems even fitter than younger people.

    In short, it is not our age that necessarily determines our physical form and our state of health. Older people can also play sports and keep fit. Even better if you can maintain constant physical activity throughout your life.

    Even when you become elderly you can carry on great passions and your work, especially when it is lived as a life mission. It is the example of one school teacher who lives in the United States and still teaches at the age of 102 to pass on all one's wisdom to young people.

    Let's not forget that the wrinkles they are the signs that remind us of the experiences we have lived, not only the sad episodes but also and above all the things that made us smile. Also for this reason we should be grateful for every year we turn out.
