    Taking a walk in the park is one of the simplest options for regaining well-being. The study in question was conducted by the University of Queensland. Researchers found that going to the park reduces the risk of developing heart problems, high blood pressure, anxiety and depression.

    The benefits for the health of citizens and also from the point of view of savings for public health would be immense given that according to experts the risk of meeting the major problems of modern life increases if we never spend time in contact with nature.
