Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

Recalls continue due to the presence of ethylene oxide in various products. This time to be reported is a well-known food supplement, the Kilocal Complex by Pool Pharma.

The Ministry of Health has posted a recall on its website regarding the Kilocal Complex food supplement. The product, of the Pool Pharma brand, is sold in packs of 30 tablets and there are two lots affected by the recall:

  • G1E107 expiring 05/2023
  • G1D154 expiring 05/2023

The reason for the recall is the “suspected ethylene oxide contamination in the raw material (ES Fabenol max Phaseolus 20000 U / G)”.

If you have purchased the product and the batch matches one of the two reported, avoid taking the supplement and immediately return it to the store for a refund.
