Ingredients
- 250 grams of pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams of flour
- 1 onion
- 80 grams of parmesan cheese
- 80 gr of gorgonzola
- oil
- 1 sachet of yeast for savory pies
- 100 ml of milk
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil. Add the pumpkin, salt it lightly and cook until it becomes soft.
With the help of a whisk, beat the eggs with 4 tablespoons of oil, add the flour and yeast, sifting them well, the Parmesan, the milk and mix everything together.
At this point add the pumpkin and gorgonzola. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into one loaf pan, greased or lined with parchment paper and bake, with a preheated oven, for 40/50 minutes at 180 °.
