    Aperitif: BloodyMary
    To start a very sweet e "bloody" Bloody Mary: tomato juice seasoned with Tabasco, lemon, salt, pepper and vodka to accompany, if you like, with the Mom's pumpkin pie with porcini mushrooms, cut into cubes.

    Ingredients for 4 people)
    • 1 sweet pumpkin (1kg)
    • 1 onion
    • 3 bay leaves
    • 1 tablespoon of barley miso
    • 4 parsley stalks
    • 4 slices of stale wholemeal bread
    • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons of curry
    • 1 tablespoon of salt

    Preparation



    Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes. Wash and dry the parsley. Cut the onion into cubes. Bring three fingers of water to a boil. Pour in the onion and sear it with the salt for 5 minutes.
