Ikea's vegetable meatballs, sold in packs of 1000 g, have been withdrawn by the Swedish giant due to the risk of pieces of plastic in the products.





All customers who have purchased HUVUDROLL FROZEN VEGETABLE MEATBALLS 1000 g with expiration date 26-10-2022, are advised not to consume them and return them to the nearest store, due to the risk of plastic pieces in the product. You can request a full refund even without a receipt.

We want to offer our customers items that they can trust and that are produced responsibly, without compromising on quality and food safety, ”explains the company. Nonetheless, we have been told that a particular batch of HUVUDROLL FROZEN VEGETABLE MEATBALLS, 1000g pack, has been contaminated with plastic pieces from a broken production line. Therefore, we are recalling the products of this specific batch ".
