In addition to the tombs, numerous ceramic vases have also emerged, some of which were used in daily life, and small masterpieces known as “vot”, or miniature spherical vases with residues of yellowish coating on the outside. Archaeologists also unearthed several small alabaster vessels, the remains of a round metal mirror and bones belonging to both humans and animals. Among the findings there are also pieces of limestone bearing some inscriptions that would represent funerary paintings of the owners of tombs, dating back to the end of the VI Dynasty, also known as the Old Kingdom.
