A consumer complaint was reported by the NAS regarding the finding of a glass fragment in the Mellin apple-pineapple flavored baby food, glass pack of 100 grams, lot 01600021, TMC 24/09/2022 11:33.

The safety notice was launched by the Ministry of Health, recalling that:

“Further investigations are still underway by the Competent Authorities regarding the case and for the withdrawal, as a precaution, of the reported batch”.

So be careful if you have purchased Mellin homogenized with apple and pineapple flavor.

We reiterate that the lot involved in the withdrawal is marked with this number 01600021, with a minimum storage term of 24 September 2022.
