Unsafe candies in Ikea stores. The Godis Påskkyckling, marshmallows of the Swedish giant, have been withdrawn by the Ministry of Health due to the presence of pests inside the container.

A recall that immediately made the rounds of the web. It is in fact a product consumed by children. Ikea has found the presence of mice in the production unit. The candies have been banned.

"Food safety is the top priority for IKEA, so we inform customers that the withdrawal from the market affects the packaging of GODIS PÅSKKYCKLING candies with expiry date between 23 October 2018 and 26 January 2019. The expiry date is printed on the back of the package " explains the company on its website. "During the production of GODIS PÅSKKYCKLING the presence of mice was found inside the production plant, which could have caused the contamination of the product."

For this reason, the immediate withdrawal from the market was ordered. If you have bought these candies, then check the expiration date. If it falls within the period indicated by Ikea, bring them back to the store even without the receipt, to obtain a refund. The recall concerns all lots included in these dates.
