    After Raquel Rodrigo's cross-stitch graffiti, here are the rainbow zebra crossing painted by the Bulgarian artist Christo Guelov. Pedestrian crossings are usually quite dull and sometimes almost invisible due to the wear and tear of time.

    Then the time has come to make them not only more visible and safe but also more fun thanks to the colors. The artist is transforming Madrid's zebra crossing into works of street art to be admired.

    The idea of ​​transforming the pedestrian crossing of the Spanish city is part of the project Funnycross. The artist chooses very bright colors and geometric designs to liven up the pedestrian crossing and to restore color and joy to the city.

    In this way, the urban landscape is transformed to overcome the typical dull and boring city dullness. The artist's work is based on metaphor of creating a bridge between two shores. It is not just a question of aesthetics and beautification of urban spaces. In fact, with his project, the artist hopes to increase awareness of road safety among both pedestrians and motorists.
