Cindy: the ashtray that turns cigarette butts into fertilizer

Cindy is an ashtray that turns cigarettes into plant fertilizer. The sad spectacle of dozens of cigarette butts thrown on the ground along the streets of our cities or in their parks unfortunately repeats with a high frequency. If the number of ashtrays distributed in the city increases, could this also promote good habits? Probably yes and maybe you could think of choosing ashtrays with an edge.

These are particular ashtrays at the base of which it was decided to place one map, in such a way as to make their presence more pleasant and to give an extra touch of green to the urban environment. However, the novelty does not end here: they are equipped with a particular system designed to collect the cigarette ash and turn it into a fertilizzante for plants.

It seems that by exploiting the ash of cigarettes, they can grow even more luxuriantly. From a substance that for us is considered dangerous, we could therefore draw a small advantage for the environment. However, it should not be used by smokers as yet another pretext for not finally deciding to give up cigarettes, or at least to reduce their consumption. The new ashtray has been baptized Cindy and was designed by the group's designers Miss Jean-Claude. In the upper part of the ashtray there is a retractable container in which the cigarette butts must be stored.

I cigarette butts they will remain in the bin until they are removed to be properly disposed of in the trash, but the ash of cigarettes will be able to seep through the bottom of the same, so as to reach the ground at the base of the plant, turning into fertilizer. The Cindy ashtray is suitable for being placed both indoors and outdoors and maybe it will help smokers remember not to throw cigarette butts on the floor.
