Listeria alarm: crab pulp recalled from supermarkets

    The Ministry of Health recalled a batch of Spider crab under the Fish & Friends brand for contamination by the bacterium listeria

    New food alert issued by the Ministry of Health: this time the recall of a batch of spider crab pulp (a crustacean very similar to crab, which lives in the seas of the Atlantic Ocean) under the brand Fish & Friends. The alarm was triggered due to contamination by Listeria Monocytogenes, the bacterium that causes listeriosis. 





    The product in question is sold in packs of 150 grams and is packaged by Cam Evolution srl in the Chioggia (VE) plant.
