Greenpeace blitz at New York Fashion Week

    Greenpeace's attack on Haute Couture continues and in particular on those brands that were the worst in the ranking drawn up within the "The Fashion Duel" campaign. And so this morning the rainbow guerrillas took advantage of New York Fashion Week to raid the emporiums of Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel and Hermes with a clear message: "Help end this mess", help us put an end to this disaster .

    Continue the attack of Greenpeace all’Alta Moda and in particular to those brands that in the ranking drawn up within the campaign "The Fashion Duel” turned out to be the worst. And so this morning the Rainbow Guerrillas took advantage of the New York Fashion Week to break into the emporiums of Prada, Dolce&Gabbana, Chanel ed Hermes with a clear message: “Help end this mess”, help us end this disaster.

    The 4 brands of the catwalks, in fact, they were completely rejected by Greenpeace for not having really deigned to provide information that could allow the environmental organization to evaluate them. According to Greenpeace, this rejection of dialogue demonstrates irresponsibility towards consumers.

    Il questionnaire consisting of 25 questions to which the brands are invited to respond concerns three salient environmental issues: from the policies for the purchase of leather, to those of paper for packaging, passing through the actual textile production with the aim of evaluating the contribution of the individual fashion houses deforestation and pollution of water resources.

    At the moment the only brand to make a concrete commitment to achieve the ambitious goals Zero deforestation e Zero exhausts in its production is Valentino, the only one to appear with the green stamp in the ranking available at this address, together with the beautiful video that accompanies this new battle of Greenpeace.
