    The Ministry of Health has published a new food alert concerning a corn flour, withdrawn as it is contaminated by too high values ​​of mycotoxins.





    The maize flour subject of the recall is that of Molino Sapignoli brand, sold in packs of 1kg and produced in the Calisese di Cesena (FC) plant.

    The lot not to be consumed but returned immediately to the store is the following:

    • 210249, expiry date 01-10-2022

    The Ministry of Health in the reasons for the recall writes: "non-compliance of mycotoxin valuesWhich means that these substances may be present in excessive levels within the flour.
