The primary school, Fair Isle Primary School, is looking for a Principal willing to relocate to the remote island of Fair Isle, which is part of the Shetland Islands, Scotland, where just 60 people reside. A place where life flows slower, inhabited by a small, very united, dynamic and welcoming community.
A task that might seem particularly difficult were it not for the fact that only 3 pupils are enrolled in the school on the island. The Headmaster will earn a whopping £ 56.787 per year, the equivalent of approximately € 66.000, for a total of 35 hours of work per week. Travel expenses will also be covered. But to apply there is only time until 29 August.
