In reality, the novelty is linked to the new rules introduced with the decree of 7 January and the Budget Law 2022: the first introduces the obligation to present the Green Pass (at least the basis that is obtained with the recovery from Covid, with the swab or with the vaccine to access centers to access public offices, including employment centers ; on the basis of the provisions of the Budget Law, however, to take advantage of the citizenship income it will be necessary to go to the employment centers to take job interviews.
This does not mean, therefore, that those who want to continue receiving the subsidy will have to be vaccinated. It will be enough to have the result of a negative swab or to be cured of Covid within six months. In short, in short, the citizenship income will not be automatically lost if you do not have the Green Pass.
