    Every time the British photographer and artist Rich McCor - better known on social media as paperboyo - travels, something in his destination is transformed. With his creative gaze, he harmoniously blends pieces of cut paper with local architecture to create incredible photographic compositions, thus distorting our perspective.

    The artist began this passion with paper cutouts in June 2015 in his hometown of London. Since then he has never stopped, and in every place he has gone he has given us, in a truly ingenious way, a new angle of a tourist attraction, monument or urban landscape.     The precision with which he cuts each of his creations to fit urban elements or natural landscapes is fascinating. The Arc de Triomphe playfully transforms into a huge LEGO figure, Cardiff Castle becomes a gorgeous sandcastle, and a structure in Las Vegas becomes Marilyn Monroe's skirt.

    There is really no formula for how I find my ideas: sometimes I see an architecture or a landscape that gives birth to an idea and other times I have an idea for a paper cutout and so I need to find the setting to put it into practice. Many of my ideas are based on pop culture that I love to do because it combines the familiar with the surprising, ”the paper boy tells us.

    His art not only amuses, in fact, collaborating with environmental organizations such as the WWF, some of his works invite you to reflect and raise awareness on the impact of climate change and on the need to take care of the environment.
