The decree governing solar thermal should be ready by October

We talk about it now for over a year, but the month of October could be the right one for the decree on incentives for thermal renewables. These are indiscretions, nothing absolutely certain, but it seems that something on this front is moving.
Confirmation would have been given by the Undersecretary for Economic Development Claudio De Vincenti on the occasion of a conference of the CGIL. At the end of the meeting, De Vincenti let some news about the thermal energy account, I announce that the relative decree "is very advanced", to the point of being ready "within the month".
The new decree it should provide for a tax deduction mechanism to be allocated both to energy efficiency interventions and to the installation of systems based on thermal renewables.
Before November we will therefore know the fate of biomass, solar thermal and geothermal, which has been waiting for incentives for the sector for too long. Even equally authoritative sources such as Marcello Garozzo of the Ministry of the Environment, Tullio Fanelli, undersecretary of the ministry, e Sara Romano, director general of the ministry for economic development seem to have confirmed that it is now a matter of days for the publication of the decree.
Present at the meeting on thermal RES of the States General of Renewables and Energy Efficiency organized by Kyoto Club e Ises, the three made it known that the thermal sector could soon be supported by a new one incentive system, similar to that already in use for photovoltaics, with the current Quinto energy account.
Not only photovoltaic, therefore, but also solar thermal. The paths of renewable sources that have not yet been reached are still many, and there is no time to waste.
