Accumulation systems. Clarifications arrive from the GSE, which responds to the numerous requests received regarding the possibility of d'' installation of storage systems on plants already admitted to the incentives: the modification of the plant configuration is not allowed if you want to continue to take advantage of the incentives.
"Pending the definition and complete implementation of the regulatory framework and application rules of the GSE for the use of storage devices, for the purposes of the correct provision of incentives, no changes in the plant configuration that could modify the flows of the energy produced and fed into the grid by the same plant, such as the recharging of the storage systems using the electricity taken from the grid ", reads note, which leaves no room for any doubt.
What happens in the event of an irregularity? After the necessary checks, if anomalies are ascertained, provisions will be applied that could even lead to the loss of incentives: "in this regard, the GSE reminds you that, should it ascertain their existence, as part of the checks carried out pursuant to art. 42 of Legislative Decree 28/2011, will apply the sanctions provided for by the same article, including the forfeiture of the right to incentives and the recovery of the sums already paid ", concludes the Manager.
