Mandalas are composed using thousands of crystals, gems and other reflective objects to create truly elaborate decorations. The artist does not use a canvas or a plywood base to create his works, but uses unusual surfaces, such as walls, floors and the people themselves who decide to experience the thrill of being part of a work of art. inspired by mandalas.
Suzan explains that she has never used a specific base on which to build mandalas but that she chooses a suitable place each time for what she would like to create. His art is guided by the whole atmosphere of these places, by the light and by the people present.
Suzan's goal is to overwhelm the viewer since, while everything seems clear and orderly from a distance, a more detailed analysis shows that the view can be confused by the many details and visual stimuli.
In this way these large and very detailed works become a real one challenge for visual perception. Among the materials used we find crystals, chromed metal, precious stones, mirrors and glass.
