Cold fusion: will the E-cat sell itself in the supermarket?

Mark Gibbs, on Forbes, asked users if E-Cst really could work. And amidst certainties and doubts, Rossi is already thinking of the domestic version, in production, according to him, since the autumn of this year

Big news on the front E-Cat. The 2012 it has just begun but the pace with which the first news of the year on Rossi's famous catalyst is chasing each other suggests that in the next 365 days or so we will see some good news. In addition to the announcement of the mass production of the domestic E-Cat for heating, all at pretty prices accessible (from 1000 to 1500 dollars), it seems that the news is not over yet.

Also from the interview with James Martinez su Ca$h Flow Radio last December 29, it emerged that Rossi would be dealing with the Home Depot for the widespread distribution of the E-Cat already during the year. After revealing that the cost of the E-Cat will be so low that it can pay for itself in a few months, given that the cost of fuel for the device will be equal to one sixth of that required for the average heating and cooling of a home, Martinez has revealed that Rossi plans to to start production during the autumn and plans to create one selling Web able to cover the entire American territory.

But if on the one hand we now look positively at the E-Cat, considering the near future to obtain clean energy, on the other hand there are those who still remain skeptical about the technology behind the catalyst. Mark Gibbs, That of Forbes has dealt with the subject very often, wondering if 2012 will really be the year of Rossi's E-Cat.

And he placed the question also to its readers by inviting them to express their opinion. Do you really think the E-Cat is capable of what its creators claim? This was the question users answered. And in just 8 days, around 1200 people expressed their opinion. The results updated a few minutes ago are as follows:

    Yes: 44,5%

    Not: 41,5%

    I do not know; 13,9%.

According to such figures, it seems that only 14% of readers are really skeptical against the E-Cat, pending concrete evidence on its operation. Instead, 86% of voters seem to have a pretty clear idea about the E-Cat. And there are a few more who tend to believe that the catalyst works.

However, it remains there certainty that until there are experimental and verifiable results, everything can be refuted. But Rossi has now gone too far. In the States he is becoming a sort of energy revolutionary so much so that he has been repeatedly mentioned in the debates of the US presidential campaign.
