Before washing them, always remove the first leaves which usually tend to decompose more easily.

    4-Peppers, green beans, broccoli, cabbage, celery, cucumbers, onions, aubergines, mushrooms etc. Yes they can freeze easily and reuse them for the occasion without too many problems.
