2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1 onion
1 tomato
1 courgette
1 clove of garlic

200 gr of coarse salt
30 gr of white wine

You can pour it into a glass dish and store it in the refrigerator for a week, or you can freeze it in freezer and use it until exhaustion.
