Noodles and rice are better than fast food sandwiches. This is the direct and provocative message of the anonymous street artist who in Cologne, Germany, is launching using just a can of spray paint.

His technique consists in covering the central part of the Burger King and McDonald's advertising posters in white, writing recipes that are easy to make, cheap and healthier and more ethical than Junk Food that the multinationals want to feed us.

The writings, of course, are in German, but they also bear names of dishes that are very familiar to us, such as spaghetti and bolognese sauce instead of a Big Mac. Or a rice-based paella dish instead of Burger King's “King of the Month”.
